If you do not see your scans, please check your spam folder and your WeTransfer account before contacting us. WeTransfer download links remain valid for one (1) year from the original send date. If there was an issue fulfilling an order that was already mailed in, please contact us at covefilmorders@gmail.com . This email is monitored only for active order issues. Customers with previously purchased mail-in orders that were never sent may still mail their film in for processing. All film must be postmarked within sixty (60) days of this notice. Orders not mailed within this 60-day window will be considered expired and void, and will no longer be eligible for fulfillment.
